The rental agreement is a legal contract between 53 Morocco Car Rental and the main driver.
By making a reservation, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated below.
Only the driver listed in the contract is authorized to operate the vehicle.
Minimum age: 18 years old
International driver’s licenses are accepted
The vehicle must only be used within Moroccan territory
The renter is responsible for all traffic violations during the rental period
Strictly prohibited:
Sub-renting the vehicle
Participating in races or off-road driving
Committing intentional offenses
You will receive a vehicle in good condition with an inspection report
Please check the car thoroughly before leaving the agency
Any visible damage not reported at pickup will not be accepted later
The car must be returned in the same condition it was received
Any damage, loss, or negligence may result in additional charges
Notify us and the police within 48 hours
Provide a police report or accident form, along with the vehicle keys and documents
If the renter is at fault, full or partial repair costs may apply
Monitor dashboard warnings and perform basic checks (oil, water, tire pressure)
Damaged tires must be replaced immediately with identical tires (size, type, brand) at the renter’s expense
Minimum rental period: 3 days
Vehicles must be returned on time, during agency working hours
No refunds for early returns
For late returns, please contact us to extend the contract and pay the additional fees
Any changes to rental duration, mileage, or drop-off location may result in price adjustments
Dropping off the vehicle in a different city than agreed (e.g., outside Casablanca) will incur a recovery fee
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be non-refundable
A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required for a security deposit
A pre-authorization (hold) will be placed on your card — not a direct charge
Release of the deposit happens after vehicle return and inspection
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and bank transfer (pre-paid only)
All vehicles are fully insured with third-party liability coverage
An excess (deductible) applies in case of partial or full fault
Insurance is void if no police report or accident form is provided
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
Violation will result in a professional cleaning fee
Excessive dirt or interior damage will also be charged accordingly
All rentals are governed by Moroccan law.
